Meet Helen, who works predominately in our newest branch, over in Carnforth and works alongside Lisa, covering the Milnthorpe areas.
Helen has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, starting her estate agency career down south. Since 2006, Helen has worked in the local area as a sales negotiator, covering all aspects of property sales. In 2019, Helen passed her Level 3 Award in the Sale of Residential Property, becoming a member of NAEA Propertymark. Helen also has experience dealing with lettings and is studying for her Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
A typical day for Helen is registering applicants, marketing properties, negotiating and progressing sales. Helen also gets out to do property viewings and rental inspections.
Out of work hours, Helen spends her spare time with her husband and two girls, walking their Jack Russell.
